Barbecue glazed meatballs on a plate with toothpicks.

Slow-Cooker Party Meatballs Recipe

Gladys' famous dish! Also known as "Grape Jelly Meatballs," these make a great appetizer for parties or as a main dish. They have a barbecue-like consistency, with the perfect mix of sweet and spicy.  Easy to prepare in a Crock-pot, and great for a hungry crowd.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb frozen Meatballs
  • 24 oz Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Grape Jelly
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1.  Add all of your ingredients except the meatballs to your slow cooker and stir until completely combined.
  2.  Add the meatballs and stir until they’re completely covered.
  3.  Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Meatball variations can also be made with ketchup and brown sugar sauce, sweet and sour soy sauce with pineapples, or creamy Swedish meatball sauce. Whichever meatball recipe you choose, these are sure to be a savory hit with your guests!
